We are meeting at 12:30 pm in the parking lot of Flowers High.

Our squad's tentative performance time is 3:30 pm

• Spectator Fees: Adults ages 11 years and up – $10.00

Children ages 6-10 years / Seniors 65 years & up – $5.00

Children 5 years & under – FREE

Tickets are sold the day of the competition at the Spectator Entrance.

From Upper Marlboro:
Take the capital beltway-495 to route 50 east, to the Martin Luther King Highway, Route 704 (the first exit off of route 50 east) south towards Glenarden. Martin Luther King Highway to Ardwick-Ardmore Road. Make a left (Shell Gas Station on left corner). Proceed to Charles Herbert Flowers High School at 10001 Ardwick-Ardmore Road on right.

From Bowie:
Annapolis Road, route 450 west to Martin Luther King Highway south proceed to Charles Herbert Flowers High School at 10001 Ardwick-Ardmore Road on right.

From Washington, DC:
New York Avenue to Route 50 east. Route 50 east to route 704, Martin Luther King Highway, south to Glenarden, make left. MLK highway to Ardwick-Ardmore Road, make left. Proceed to Charles Herbert Flowers High School at 10001 Ardwick-Ardmore Road on right.


Hair: Low bun: part on left, bun on right (low).

To make the bun, please use a "hair bun donut, " many scrunchis, or a sock to create a perfect sphere like below (unless the hair is extremely long--where you would braid or twist and then wrap around the base of the ponytail).
